BandLab unveils its new corporate brand: Caldecott Music Group
Fresh from its acquisition of ReverbNation, BandLab has unveiled a new corporate identity. Its parent company will now be known as Caldecott Music Group with three divisions: BandLab Technologies, Vista Musical Instruments, and NME Networks. That’s a sensible separation of the company’s music creation, music hardware and music media activities, following several years of acquisitions and organic expansion.
“Now is the time to build on the foundation we have formed for over nearly a decade,” as CEO Meng Ru Kuok put it. “The best part is that we’re still just getting started.” ReverbNation will sit within the BandLab Technologies arm alongside music creation service BandLab and pro software Cakewalk.
